[Users] vps does not start anymore after upgrade

Hi

I am struggling with a strange VPS startup problem after
having upgraded my VPS gentoo system. I have
checked all steps listed in the wiki page "Gentoo template creation"
Vzlist says status "mounted" instead of "running"
and Strace -f gives:
