[Users] IPVS inside a VPS?

<p>Hi,</p><p>I want to ask if it&#39;s possible to have IPVS kernel modules inside a VPS in order to configure a hearbeat solution. In my case this must be theoreticaly not a prolblem considering the veth option, but I don&#39;t know how to achieve it.
