1. rpm -ihv vzkernel-XXX.src.rpm
2. cd /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES (or whatever directory you have for RPM 
builds)
3. edit all i686 config files, replace line:
# CONFIG_VE_SYSFS is not set
with line:
CONFIG_VE_SYSFS=y
4. rpmbuild -ba --target=i686 kernel-ovz.spec
