I guess that "ve/sunrpc: Enable rpc_pipefs mounts in Container root user namespace' depends on it's 
predecessor "ve/sunrpc: Prohibit mounting rpc_pipefs in CT without nfsd feature".  Either we shall merge 
all three, or keep all three separate.
