From: Konstantin Khorenko <khorenko at virtuozzo.com>
Don't flood logs with messages like
"sd 1:0:0:0: rejecting I/O to offline device".
On one hand this flooding is not useful for investigations,
on anothre hand it can make serial console to feed up.
