    ve/meminfo: show "MemAvailable: ..." line in CT's meminfo
    
    'available' memory is calculated in the same way as in
    si_mem_available(), but 'WMARK_LOW' and 'totalreserve_pages' are not
    honored as irrelevant for Containers.
