    ploop: Remove now unused PLOOP_REQ_DISCARD branches
    
    This flag is never set anymore, so the patch
    kills all unused branches under it.

    Patchset description:
    
    ploop: Remove maintaince-mode-driven discard ioctls and leftovers
    
    ioctls are already disabled. This patchset finally kills
    them and dependent code.
