[Devel] [PATCH criu/libvzctl 0/6] Rework memory limits restore

In this series the memory limits restore procedure is reworked
to be the following

 - start container restore in target memory cgroup
   from the beginning with swap unlimited but former
   ram value from the config

 - on pre-resume stage tune up swap limit from config

This will allow to control memory limits more precisely.
