[Devel] [CRIU] Rebase on 3.4 series

Hi all! I just finished rebasing of our criu instance on the
latest vanilla master v3.4. Please give it a shot. A short
summary:

 - 212 commits on top of vanilla
 - 105 files changed, 6310 insertions(+), 667 deletions(-)
