[Devel] [CRIU] Announcing CRIU-2.8 rebase

Hi fellows! I'm pleased to inform I just finished rebasing
our vz7 criu from 2.5 series to 2.8. The divergence consists
of 90 patches :(

At the moment I only build-tested the new criu, didn't even
try to c/r the containers, gonna do it tomorrow. But hopefully
there won't be much problems.

The changes are pushed into vz7-u3-2.8 branch https://goo.gl/YdhlK8
guys to take a look on the patches to make sure I didn't miss something.
