[Devel] [CRIU 2.2] Preparing jump into 2.2 series

Hi guys. As you already know at 16 May of 2016 the criu-v2.2
release has come out. Our vz7 specific repo is actually tracking
vanilla criu and based on it but still contains a number of changes
which either not yet merged upstream or simply too vz7 specific
and kept out of vanilla tree for a while. So at every new big
vanilla release we're merging chages from vanilla tree.

Unfortunately the vz7 2.1 series is based on @criu-dev branch
of vanilla's criu so I can't simply merge 2.2 version cause it
cause number of conflicts. Instead I took v2.2 as a reference
point and cherry-picked all out-of-tree commits into our repo
(looking back I see that taking criu-dev as a merge point
 was a mistake in first place, so hopefully it won't happen
 again).

Thus I need you guys to take a look into 2.2 series which
I pushed into vz7-rtm-2.2 branch

Please take a look (either online or fetch the repo) and
confirm everything you need is present here, just to
make sure I didn't miss anything.

Note the 2.2 doesn't close any new bugs because all
the fixes were either cherry-picked, either backported
into our 2.1 series.
