this is c/r duty to handle time natively.
It will be solved somehow in the future in mainstream.
but now it resolved in Va7 by 've' cgroup
my proposal is to do a simple (2 line long patch) to add time related 
cgroups members to criu c/r as custom vz specific patch
to Vz7 repo
