[Devel] I: heads-up: glibc 2.24 is likely to require linux kernel 3.2 or higher

Hi,

The GNU libc project is likely to bump minimal linux kernel version
requirement from 2.6.32 in glibc 2.23 (which is going to be released this
month) to 3.2 in glibc 2.24, effectively leaving openvz without a stable
kernel capable of running glibc-2.24 based containers.
