Changelog:

OpenVZ kernel rh7-3.10.0-229.7.2.vz7.9.11

     * fix false positive from kmemleak about kasan module
     * increase the number of epolls can be handled by CRIU
     * fix overreclaim if tcache memory is reclaimed
     * allow to send signals between ve namespaces (required for CRIU,
       CTs won't be able to send external signals because of pidns)
     * fence-watchdog feature ported
     * KASAN related ports from mainstream
     * get_wchan() issue fixed (found by KASAN)
     * KERNELRELEASE var is calculated now from local git tags
       in case you build kernel locally
     * RCU-protection of "info_V{4, 6}" pointers fixed in vznetstat
     * vzconsole enhanced
     * pvpanic notifier fixed (vz7 in a KVM VM crash will be now correctly
       reported and handled by hypervisor)
