So, just for the record: as it is written in comments for
https://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2693

the patch for the issue is absent in kernels < 2.6.32-042stab109.4.

Sergey just already applied same/similar patch to his own kernel,
thus already had this fixed in advance.
