I don't think it gets out, it looks like it just doesn't get in on vzctl
enter. I tried to put $$ to /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd/<ve> explicitly
before calling vzctl enter and it stayed there after vzctl enter. It
might be a vzctl problem.
