Sad, but no, these bugs have nothing with the log you provided below.
This is our bug.
Yes, please, report the them to the OpenZV Bugzilla.
The most interesting part here is HOW and WHAT is triggering the following warning.
I.e. what's your configuration, what do you do to get this warning and in what
kernel version has this flaw appeared.

BTW, this warning will, most probably, lead to kernel panic sooner or later.
