Hi Mukesh,

You should either:

- mount with just the cgroup subsystems that you care about (e.g.
"-ocpu,memory")

- set the "cpuset.cpus" and "cpuset.mems" files in the child cgroup to
be equal to those of the parent (root) cgroup.
