[Devel] Document possibility to disable modules in vzctl

Hello.

Inside etc/init.d scripts there is possibility to disable modules
loading using MODULES_DISABLED variable. But this possibility is not
mentioned in etc/vz.conf. Attached patch documents this variable. Please
apply.
