[Devel] Support for Zaptel devices in chkpnt and restore?

Hello,

Please let me know if this is not the right place to post this:

We have run into some issues checkpointing VE's that make use of zaptel
devices. We receive the error that the chrdev is not supported. We would
like to sponsor or co-sponsor support for this feature as it would help us
implement some clustering that we are working on. Would anyone be
interested in taking up this project?
