[Devel] [RFC][PATCH 0/16] Enable cloning of pid namespace

I haven't found an appropriate patch, so I ask the
question here.

Consider we're sending a signal from parent namespace
to one of the child namespaces. What pid will be put
in siginfo as si_pid?
