[Debian] Debian OpenVZ kernel

Hi OpenVZ team!

I am very pleased of the new initiative to provide a Debian based
kernel. Now with [1] fixed, I'm good to deploy this kernel on my prod
machines.

The "wheezy" repo worked well on my test system (KVM VM running Ubuntu
Precise). I know it's not a pure Debian system but it works great too :)
