The unlimited keyword is supported. It exists in ve-unlimited.conf sample file.
It is also documented in vzctl man page. See man vzctl, section Resource limits.

And as you can see from the man page also the human K,M,G is also supported.

But was that really the original question? I thought you asked about vswap
support? It is not the same thing. 

The only thing I can find in vzctl about swap is swappages and that is not
vswap as far as I can tell.
