Maximilian, sorry for late response - I was offline for the last 3 days.

2.6.26 openvz kernel is now rebased over the released 2.6.26 (no -rcs)
and conntracks seem to work. You may take your default configs and run
make oldconfig keeping our options at 'default' - everything should be 
OK - we've patches Kconfig-s to turn off incompatible with VE options.
