That's the conntracks. Can you please set the CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK to n temporarily.
We are working on them now - it's one of the most complex parts, I hope we'll have
them fixed till the end of this week.

Almost ack. Please, set the CONFIG_GROUP_SCHED=y, CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED=y
and select the CONFIG_VZ_FAIRSCHED to enable the fair cpu scheduler. And,
please also switch CONFIG_SYSRQ_DEBUG from 'n' to 'y' - this is our debugger,
that helps us a lot.

Yup. And the VZ_CHECKPOINTING will be 'm' this week as well (I hope).
