[Debian] Debian is released!

Hi

I would just like to report that Debian GNU/Linux has now released
the etch (4.0) version on 8:th of april.

In the etch version the following versions now exists:

vzctl 3.0.11-15 (with some corrections from 3.0.13 and later)
vzquota 3.0.8-2
kernel-patch-openvz 028.18.1

This also means that those versions will likely to be a part of
the 7.04 version of the Ubuntu.
