Get the following harmless quip on boot:
Dec 23 18:26:18 d_baron kernel: Testing NMI watchdog ... CPU#0: NMI appears to 
be stuck (0->0)!

Get a series of these, also harmless on shutdown
"Uncharging too much ...."

This is probably no longer relevant to the bug, should probably discuss 
"privately" with Vasily?
