[Debian] Kernel images

Hi

The preparation of ia64 and amd64 kernel images is now in progress.

I have requested some packages to be installed on two of the
Debian build machines. The packages are kernel-package and
kernel-patch-openvz. With that installed I can build kernel packages
for ia64 and amd64 architecture.

If you have a machine with ia64 and one with amd64 that you have
Debian installed on and that I can use for building, it will speed up the
process as I do not have to wait for the Debian administration team.

The source used for building the kernel more automated can be downloaded
using subversion at https://svn.opalsys.net/fsp/trunk/dkernel-build/
