pages.img contains process memory in raw(well, almost raw) format,
and there is no<br>
reason in converting it to json, because base64 encoded binary
data doesn't<br>
make much sense =).<br>
CRIT decode/encode is to be used with criu images with protobuf
data [1].<br>
