[CRIU] RFC PR for AMDGPU plugin closed

Hi,

We have closed our RFC PR for amdgpu plugin https://github.com/checkpoint-restore/criu/pull/1557 as we are still making some more changes to our IOCTL APIs https://www.spinics.net/lists/amd-gfx/msg67260.html

We will open another one including all the feedback received on this one, when we are ready. We thank you for all the code review and feedback.
