[CRIU] [ANNOUNCE] Containers and Checkpoint/Restore Microconference Accepted into 2020 Linux Plumbers Conference

Hi all,

This year we are the first microconference that was accepted to the
Linux Plumbers!

Since this year the Linux Plumbers conference is going to be a virtual
event we are still holding the CfP off until we get better understanding
of how is this all going to work.
