[CRIU] [PATCHv3 05/27] timerfd/timens: Take into account ns clock offsets

Dmitry Safonov dima at arista.com
Thu Apr 25 19:13:54 MSK 2019

From: Andrei Vagin <avagin at gmail.com>

Make timerfd respect timens offsets.
Provide a helper timens_ktime_to_host() that is useful to wire up
timens to different kernel subsystems.
