[CRIU] [V4 0/5] patches for build with Android NDK

I will upload Docker file, build scripts and HOWTO run CRIU in Android
IA.

we made some progresses, but we still not able to run CRIU in Android
IA.

after that, it's time for submit these files, hope not wait too long.
