[CRIU] [Announce] Version 3.10 release

Hello, everyone!

The 3.10 is out with the HUGE work done making all our .py stuff Python3 compatible.
Also we have IPv6 for page-server, per-thread seccomp, frequent case for unlinked 
Unix sockets and the last, but not least -- large pages support for 64bit arm and ppc.
