[CRIU] [PATCH 0/3] make: Fix parallel build for zdtm

Found out that on my slow aarch64 qemu machine only one
core is busy during zdtm tests build.
Fix the mess a bit.

Haven't waited for Travis-CI.. it's 4:20 AM, sending this
as-is, hoping that build will pass.
