[CRIU] Reg. CRIU with docker on oracle linux oel6 or redhat 6

Hard to say if that will work. oracle linux 6 is a clone of rhel/centos
which does not work with CRIU. No idea what oracle changed in the kernel
you are running and if the necessary config options have been turned on.

You have to download the source code and compile criu for yourself and
see if it works. 'criu check' and 'zdtm' are a good way to see if it
works.

Or use one of the many distributions that already include CRIU.
