[CRIU] [PATCH v2 14/21] ns: Collect/read pid_for_children ns

[Kirill Tkhai]

Handle it as other namespaces, except of case of
just unshared pid ns w/o child reaper (fail if so),
and in case of we don't have it on restore (old
images -- then get pid_for_children ns from pid ns).
