Here is a draft patch

but it doesn't work. Could you investigate what wrong with it?

The idea is simple. We install qemu-static and execute a docker
container to compile criu for a specified arch.

For example, you need to execute the following command to compile criu
for s390x.

make -C scripts/build/ s390x
