[CRIU] [PATCH 0/2] libphaul (v2)

As was discussed briefly on Plumbers, although we have p.haul as a standalone
Py project, it's impossible to use one due to not convenient API. The plan was
to try to have a to improve things by providing a simple library implementing
pre- (and post- in plan) migration to facilitate live migration case.

So this is v2 of the set with a little bit of improvements. Mostly resending one
since the 1st version was sent close to NY and XMas and was likely lost :)
