Compel currently doesn't export anything, because it has no
engine for it. Actually I think only important here is the
patch 1 (if you've not yet merged it). Drop the second one.

Hopefully I'll have time on the week and continue working
on the compel.

There is no headers left for being shared, thus include/common
is complete for now.
