[CRIU] apparmor stacking c/r v2

Hi guys,

Here's a v2 of the apparmor c/r set. New in this set is an apparmor-specific
implementation of a PTRACE_O_SUSPEND_SECCOMP equivalent, done entirely from
userspace. See the patch notes for details.
