[CRIU] phual - restore failed

oh,i know the reason that occur this problem. i try to use the phaul-client and phaul-service script in the same machine, so when the criu do  restore task,  the pid seems to be repeat and then go wrong
now i try to do the immigrate within two machine ,and it success
