[CRIU] [RFC 0/3] test: Changes to run criu tests under qa environment

Currently our QA team has to carry own copy of criu sources to run
tests because of QA environment specifics. With the patches below
we can start transition to use native criu from git repo. This become
a way more convenient so the we and our qa team would always work on
same sources. Of course the whole transition is not yet complete
but we hope to finish it in reasonable future (and I think everyone
wins due to more intensive CRIU testing).

Please take a look once time permit.
