[CRIU] [Announce] Criu 2.8 release

Hello, everyone

Next version of criu is out :) with, as usually, bugfixes, new stuff (like
macvlan support, .config file and changes in CLI). It also includes a big
portion of code reworks for compel. Hopefully we'll have compel in -dev
branch this month and have it released early next year :)
