[CRIU] ✗ travis-ci: failure for arm64 clang compile fixes

OK, so this is caused by the failure of kernel cgroup freezer to freeze
the fork bomb within the allowed timeframe (default timeout is 10 seconds).

As this is Travis, they have older kernel, and it also may be slow, I 
don't think
we should do anything about it.
