[CRIU] [PATCH 3/3] p.haul: rename fileobj_wrap to tarfile_fileobj_wrap

[Nikita Spiridonov]

Rename fileobj_wrap to tarfile_fileobj_wrap since it contain
tarfile-specific logic.
