[CRIU] [PATCH v5 4/5] Try to include userfaultfd with criu (part 2)

This patch looks OK, I'm ready to merge one as soon as either in
patch #3 we resolve how to launch the page-read engine w/o all the
other systems in criu OR when this particular patch would have
all the needed bits to get compilable w/o patch #3.

Whichever way you prefer :)
