Hi guys, Here's some fixes for when helpers have zombie kids, which wasn't really handled correctly. I've also added a testcase for this now, so hopefully it'll be okay in the future. Take a close look at patches 2 and 7, there are probably better ways to do those. Thoughts welcome, Tycho
