[CRIU] checkpoint failure in docker test

I've got a checkpoint failure with the automated test I'm trying to add to
docker. Here's the log:

>From reading the log, it seems like an empty path is trying to be mounted?
I'm not sure where that might be coming from. It's probably worth noting
that this is running docker in docker, but I know we've gotten that to work
in the past.
