[CRIU] ✗ travis-ci: failure for c/r non-dev net syctls

AFAICS the problem is same again, 
https://github.com/criupatchwork/criu/commit/804f544472f4 is based on 
top of https://github.com/xemul/criu/commit/f56568e6ae30. String sysctls 
are saved without '\0' at the end, writing such values to sysctls back 
again causes error.

Please re-run patchwork-test on top of 
https://github.com/xemul/criu/commit/dc72792ce349
